Supporting those in crisis
Please note we are open Tuesdays and Fridays 10.30 to 11.45 at Bingley Arts Centre
Thank you so much to those of you who have continued to make donations to help us supply the needs of our increasing number of visitors.
Bingley Foodbank is a non-profit organisation which supports those in need with emergency food parcels and by signposting to available support services.
December 2025 News:
This summer, Bingley Foodbank provided 17 primary school children and their families , nominated by our Bingley schools, with a bag of food to help them over the school holiday period with their breakfasts and lunches. Once again we would like to thank those who so generously donate to the Foodbank, either with one-off or regular gifts of money, enabling us to support and serve our community in this way at this challenging time.
December 2025 – we have received some really generous donations from individuals and businesses in the area which will really help to make the clients have some extra treats over the Christmas period. Thank you so much

Bingley Foodbank is regularly supported by Plastic Free Bingley, by provision of their beautiful Morsbags which are made by their volunteers. These are used to pack the food for our clients, who are then strongly encouraged to reuse the bags for their own use.

Last Christmas, Bingley Foodbank provided seasonal foodie treat bags to 38 children and their families nominated by our four local senior schools. We hope that these provided some relief, comfort and seasonal cheer for all these families at this challenging time.
Thank you for all the generous donations that have helped us to help so many families over the Christmas period. Your generosity is amazing.

About Us
Since 2013, we have been serving local people, in Bingley and the surrounding areas, who are facing very real struggles in their lives.
Based in Bingley Arts Centre, we are open twice a week to offer advice, companionship and the short-term food supplies to get by for a number of days.
Residents and the homeless need to use a food voucher and these are available from a number of schools, medical centres and other agencies who work with us.
Demand for Bingley Foodbank is as vital today as since we opened our doors. Hundreds of people rely on emergency support every year.
Have a look round our website and read below on how you can help!
