Supporting those in crisis
Please note we are open Tuesday and Fridays 10.30 to 11.45 at Bingley Arts Centre during this time of Covid Crisis
Bingley Food Bank are a non-profit organisation who support those in need with emergency food parcels and by signposting to available support services.
Since 2013, we have been serving local people, in Bingley and the surrounding areas, who are facing very real struggles in their lives.
Based in Bingley Arts Centre, we are open twice a week to offer advice, companionship and the short-term food supplies to get by for a number of days.
Residents and the homeless need to use a food voucher and these are available from a number of schools, medical centres and other agencies who work with us.
Demand for Bingley Foodbank is as vital today as since we opened our doors. Hundreds of people rely on emergency support every year.
Have a look round our website and read below on how you can help!
How You Can Help
Any and all donations are really appreciated by those that receive help and ourselves at the foodbank. We currently only accept cash and cheque donations – but are exploring online options.
Food donations are a significant help and can be done in a number of ways. Either drop off donations to us on a Tuesday or Friday morning or donate to one of our agencies around the area.
You can get involved by becoming a Volunteer. We welcome those who can spare some time to help run the foodbank, talk to clients as well as offering teas and coffees.
Become a Volunteer
With the aim of helping as many people as possible, we always welcome new volunteers. Please contact us for more info.
